reebok sponsors apartheid: Solidarity
with Palestinians
Global sports giant Reebok continues its shameful partnership with the Israeli Football Association as hundreds of Palestinian sportspeople are dead and the IFA backs clubs in illegally occupied land.
In February 2025, it was reported that Reebok was the new sponsor of the Israel Football Association (IFA), which includes six football teams in Israel’s illegal settlements built on stolen Palestinian land. This followed decisions by both Puma and Erréas Sports to end or withdraw their contract with the IFA following global pressure.
In September 2025, it was reported that Reebok had asked for its logo to be removed from jerseys belonging to teams of the IDA, while the ILFA said it was looking for a new sponsor.
However, as soon as the news was announced Reebok denied the reports, and the IFA stated the company had reversed the decision, following a call with its chairman.
By including football teams in the illegal settlements, the IFA is directly complicit in and legitimises the violent and illegal theft of Palestinian land to give way for these settlements, which form the infrastructure of Israel’s occupation and apartheid regime, and seek to systematically obstruct Palestinian life, by restricting Palestinian freedom of movement, access to natural resources, and the ability to build homes and business.
We boycott Reebok until it ends its complicity in Israel’s war crimes against Palestinians.
We recently saw Reebok U-turn on its decision to remove its logo from IFA team jerseys, and even doubled down on its decision, stating ‘we don’t do politics; we do sport’.
We must show Reebok that not only is their decision to be complicit in occupation and apartheid anything but apolitical, but that we will remain steadfast in our demand for the brand to end its sponsorship.
This comes amid Reebok stating “Sport is Everything”, while legitimising a regime that has killed +800 Palestinian sportspeople in the Gaza genocide, destroyed all Palestinian sports facilities in Gaza, imprisoned and shot Palestinian athletes, and killed Palestinian children playing football.
Reebok has come close to ending its contract before, now it’s time to make this happen. Here’s 3 ways to can take action:
1️⃣ Use the email action to send a message to the Csuite
2️⃣ Print out and hide pocket drops in Reebok products
3️⃣ Join the social media storm on the day
We’ve seen previous sponsors bow to the pressure. it’s time to do it again. Everything you need is in on this page ❤️✊
