Resource: Know Your Rights at Work guide for garment workers in the UK

The ‘Know Your Rights at Work’ multilingual booklet was identified as a much-needed resource for workers, community organisers and support organisations in Leicester and beyond.

Our community engagement work shows time and time again that awareness among garment workers of their legal rights at work is worryingly low. But with knowledge comes power. The publication covers basic topics regarding our rights at work, such as employment status, sick pay, holiday allowance, whistleblowing and more.

Importantly, we want to reach as many workers from different backgrounds as possible and so the guide is available in English, Gujarati, Punjabi and Bulgarian.  If you require copies for your work, order below!
